She wrapped her arms around him and titled her head gasping softly as he kissed down her neck “I missed you as well.”
“Are you busy?” He rested his chin on her shoulder, staring off over her shoulder as he waited for a response. “And by that I mean is there anything you cannot cancel like a universal conflict? I have a surprise.” It had been too long since they last saw one another and he wanted to do something special, as a gift and to show how much she was missed.
She ran a hand up into his hair and kissed his neck softly. “Even if there was.. I would cancel it” she kissed him tenderly “a surprise? what is it my love?”
Chuckling he slipped away from her, holding onto her hand as me moved out the door. “It’s a surprise Diana. Telling you would ruin it. You’ll just have to wait and see. We’ll need our costumes but a change of clothes would help.”
She took his hand in hers and moved with him. “Go in costume with a change of clothing? or the reverse Kal?” She beamed at him, not even remembering the last time she had seen him. There would be time later to talk of things and his absence, for now she couldn’t get enough of him. “From you.. .I’ll allow a surprise”
“Costume first. We’re flying first class.” Chuckling at his joke, he tucked her against his side, moving at a slow pace. I’ll meet you at the exit in ten minutes, I just need to grab something. Smiling he leaned down to kiss her softly, reluctantly pulling away after a long moment.
